General information
When does the campsite open ?
The cottages and camping pitches will be available from 4th April to 14th September 2025.
Are minors authorised?
Minors are not authorised to stay on the campsite unless accompanied by their legal tutor.
Are groups accepted?
Groups are not accepted as our campsite is family-friendly and prioritises peace and quiet at night. Our activities are not adpated for groups.
Is the campsite pet-friendly?
Yes, although certain conditions apply : guard and attack dogs are not permitted ; they must be vaccinated (certificate to be shown on arrival) ; they must be held on a lead on the campsite ; dog litter must be picked up and disposed of ; they must not bark continually in the cottage or on the pitch.
Is a baby considered to be a participant?
Yes, a baby is a participant. This is for insurance reasons. Therefore, you cannot rent a 4-bedroom model if there are 5 of you.
Is there wifi on the campsite?
Yes, an additional charge applies. There is a free internet zone at the bar.
What size are the pitches?
The pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes measure approximately 100m² and for cottages, between 100 and 130m².
What are the opening hours of the Blue Caraïbes waterpark ?
From 9am to 8pm. The indoor heated pool will welcome you throughout the season. The outdoor heated pool and its slides will be accessible from 15th May 2025 till the closing date of the campsite.
Are the campsite services open all season?
The shop, the reception, the bar and snack and restaurant (including sale of bread) are open throughout the season.
In July and August, all the services are open and activities are organized.
Is the campsite wheelchair friendly?
Yes, we have a new, 2-bedroom cottage adapted for the disabled (new in 2018).
All of the campsite facilities are adapted for the disabled (sanitary block, reception, pool with gentle slope…)
What do I need to bring with me on holiday?
Don’t forget to bring your sheets and towels if you have not booked this service. Also remember to bring your cleaning products if you have not booked the cleaning service.
Can we arrive on another day than Saturday?
During low season, from April 4th to July 4th and from August 30th to September 14th 2025, the arrivals and departures are possible every day.
During high season, from July 5th to August 30th 2024, the arrivals and departures are possible on Saturdays and Wednesdays for our rental accommodations. The mid-week arrival allows you to avoid the traffic of the weekend and gives you the possibility of a 10 or 11-night stay by arriving on Wednesday and staying until next week’s Saturday for example.
For the camping pitches, the arrivals and departures are possible every day in low season. In July and August, arrivals and departures are possible from Sunday till Friday.
At what time can I access my pitch or accommodation?
The camping pitches are accessible from 01.00pm. The departures must take place before 12.00pm.
The rental accommodations are available from 05.00pm. The departures must take place before 10.00am. We can arrange for rental accommodations an early check-in (between 1.00pm and 5.00pm) or a late check-out (between 10.00am and 12.00pm) for an extra cost of 50€.
Booking and payment
When should I book my holiday?
The earlier the better if you want to choose your accommodation or pitch.
How do I book?
On the internet on our booking platform (very intuitive). You will be asked to provide all the necessary information. Payment on-line is secure and you can book any options directly on-line if you wish. If you would like any further information, you can contact us on + 33 (0)2 98 97 37 41.
By phone if you have any enquiries or if you would like to receive a contract by post. You must return the signed contract to us with the amount stipulated. The procedure is longer and your booking is less certain as there could be hold ups in the post or a wrong address.
When do I have to pay for my holiday?
There are 2 possibilities :
- The total cost of your holiday when you book, to make things simple
- or a 30% deposit when you book and the balance a month before your arrival date (the booking may be cancelled if the balance is not received following a reminder by email). If your scheduled arrival date is less than a month away when you book, the holiday is to be paid in full when you book.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, French cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers (we recommend you send them by recorded delivery).
How can I be sure that my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only after our booking service has validated it.
When you book on-line, you will receive confirmation by email, no later than 48 hours after you have made the booking. Remember to look in your « spam » or « junk » files or call us if you have not heard from us.
If you book by post, you will receive a confirmation letter by post once we have received your payment.
What additional charges will I have to pay when I arrive ?
For rentals, you will have to pay a 200 € deposit by credti card with our partner Swikly. It will be returned to you after the inventory check when you leave.
Otherwise, everything else should have been paid for before you arrive. We do not charge booking fees , the tourist tax has already been paid as have any optional services you have booked. On-site activities are included (except a few paying services such as bike hire, hire of watersports equipment, restaurant, bar, etc…). We also require a separate deposit if you borrow leisure equipment (balls, rackets, board games…).
Waterpark and activities
Are swimming shorts permitted at the pool ? Is a swimming cap compulsory ?
No, for hygiene reasons, swimming shorts are prohibited. Only trunks and boxers are permitted. You do not need a swimming cap.
