Port Rhu

Port Rhu was once the hub of the sardine trade. Today, the port is renowned for its marina and museum dedicated to marine heritage. Port Rhu is also noted for its boat cemetary and shipyard (construction and renovation).

Ile Tristan

This small island located opposite Port Rhu in the bay of Douarnenez, often served as a defense base. You can reach the island on foot at low tide. Today, a lighthouse stands proudly on this island in southern Brittany.
